Mr. Jason Stephan, Principal
On behalf of the faculty and staff of Brookville High School, we welcome you to one of the finest schools in Ohio. Brookville is a community of great pride, tradition, and success in its educational program. As a student at Brookville High School, you will face many challenges and numerous opportunities for personal growth, intellectual development, social interaction, and involvement in extracurricular activities. We encourage you to seize the opportunities offered here and to gain as much as possible from the high school experience.
You will be more than a student in an ordinary high school. You are entering a school community filled with proud tradition and dedication to achieving only the best. As a student at Brookville High School, you will represent yourself, your family, your school, and the community in everything that you do. Commit yourself to becoming the best version of yourself. Whether in the classroom or during an extra-curricular activity, we expect our students to strive to be the best they can be.
Brookville High School's goal is that each student will graduate and either enroll in a university or technical school, enlist in the military, or become employed in a career. Throughout each student's academic career, we will tirelessly work for our students to see them achieve their goals.
We encourage parents and students to contact us with any questions and/or concerns that you may have. Our staff is always willing to assist our students, parents, and community. You can contact me directly through email (stephanj@brookvilleschools.org), ParentSquare, or telephone. Our teachers and staff can also be contacted via email, ParentSquare, or telephone. Our mission is to serve the students and community of Brookville to the best of our abilities.
We look forward to an exciting school year!
Yours in Education,
Mr. Jason Stephan

Ohio School Report Cards provide parents, caregivers, community members, educators and policymakers information about district and school performance — to celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement. The report cards establish high expectations for the education community while showing progress toward equitable outcomes for all Ohio students. Brookville Schools again received high marks on the 23-24 report card. We are very proud of our students, staff and community for their hard work and dedication.
Purple Star School

Brookville Local Schools was proud to earn the Purple Star Designation in recognition of our commitment to supporting military-connected students and their families.
We were also excited to be included in the Purple Star Award Day Tour this afternoon! During the tour, we welcomed MIC3 State Commissioner Pete Lupiba, Tammy Puff, Director of Military and Veteran Relations, and representatives from the School Liaison Office for a special visit to our district. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the efforts of our school community and to celebrate our commitment to military families.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this achievement possible. We are proud to be a Purple Star School!
Platinum Schools of Excellence in Prevention
_1750786299.jpg)
For the third year in a row, Brookville Local Schools received recognition for achieving the Platinum Schools of Excellence in Prevention designation for work completed in the 23-24 school year. The program rewards schools who actively work to provide prevention programs which support students' mental and academic health. The program recognizes levels of achievement beginning with Bronze, Silver and Gold, followed by the most elite, Platinum. All three school buildings achieved the Platinum award. Congratulations to our entire guidance department (Mrs. Storie, Mrs. Neely, Mrs. Spangler and Miss Duckro), teachers, support staff and administrators for working together to achieve this honor.
GO BLUE DEVILS!
